2023 NCAA Conference Tournament Tracker: Schedule, automatic bids

The NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament is fast approaching.

Before the big dance, hundreds of teams will battle it out in their conference tournaments as they compete for one of 32 automatic bids.

Those who do not win their conference tournaments will have to wait to earn one of the 36 at-large bids to the NCAA tournament. The selection committee will announce the full field of 68 teams on Sunday, March 12.

In the meantime, we’ll keep track of the automatic bids below as we monitor each conference tournament winner.

Conference Tournament Calendar, with dates, location and automatic bid winners:

1. Ohio Valley: March 1-4 at the Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana

2. ASUN: from February 27 to March 5, on the campuses

3. Horizon League: February 28-March 7, on campuses and at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum in Indianapolis

4. Patriot League: from February 28 to March 8, on campuses

5. Sun Belt: February 28-March 6 at the Pensacola Bay Center in Pensacola, Florida

6. Big South: March 1-5 at Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte

7. Northeast: March 1 to 7, at campus locations

8. Missouri Valley: March 2 to 5, at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis

9. West Coast: March 2 to 7, at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas

10. Southern: March 3-6 at Harrah’s Cherokee Center in Asheville, North Carolina
