Wayne Peacock is President and CEO of USAA, with over 30 years of experience in 10 different roles leading teams across the organization, including contact centers, information technology, shared services, strategy, marketing and communications, security and assets corporate roots. Peacock is a member of the Board of Directors of the USAA and vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Savings Bank of the USA. He is a member of the Business Roundtable (BRT), an association of CEOs of major U.S. companies, and an inaugural member of the Federal Reserve’s Insurance Policy Advisory Committee. Peacock graduated from Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and completed executive education programs at Harvard, Duke and Stanford universities and the CPCU’s American Institute of Executive Education program at Wharton School. the University of Pennsylvania.

Jason Nazar is co-founder / CEO of Comparably, a leading employee culture review site. A serial entrepreneur, investor and advisor, he was previously co-founder / CEO of Docstoc (acquired by Intuit). Jason was named one of the most admired CEOs in the Los Angeles Business Journal and was named the inaugural businessman in the City of Los Angeles in 2016.
