There are many opportunities in a sales meeting that can be taken to get the customer’s attention. For example, if you notice that something is distracting them, you can offer them space. That means getting away from them and giving them room to breathe. Another way is to create a space for yourself and offer it to the client. This could mean moving the chair or standing up while sitting. This way you both give each other space and make sure there is enough space in the meeting for everyone.
